Ghost Tour Wanted

I'm currently search for a ghost tour to go on but it has to be a ghost tour.  I was told yesterday about one but on it's own website it refers to it as a theatrical piece using music and specialist lighting effects and that is is run by a professional actor.  Sorry but if I want to see an actor in front of an audience then I'd go to the theatre.

The kind of one I'm looking for is one that will include my other interest, real ale.  This is also to keep my friends happy who are only coming for the beer.   I know there is one in York where you go around a number of pubs and it includes a drink in each pub.  So if anyone knows of any others please let me know.

Actually if anyone would like to recommend any ghost tours, I may be able to persuade my friends to come along even when there's no real ale involved.  I'm trying to find something different then the usual York, Edinburgh and Chester ones and not an late night/overnight vigil.
