A quick way to get Amazon vouchers

Well I did say that I would write about the surveys sites that I'm a member of, and I've decided to start with one of my favourites, Valued Opinions - http://www.valuedopinions.co.uk/

I'm a member of quite a few survey sites and I find this is really one of the better ones, in terms of volume of surveys, rewards and the length of time it takes to receive these rewards.

The site is very easy to navigate and customer services are excellent.  Whenever I've contacted them they've always got back to me within two working days.  Again, when you compare this with any company I think this is a standard that everyone should aim for.

I first joined the site in July 2005, but between then and July 2007 I only did a few surveys as I did't have my own computer at that time so would go to the library once a week and inevitably when I tried to take the survey they had already filled their quota.  Now as I have my own laptop I can access the site, and my emails, whenever I want and the money is nicely building up.  In the time that I have been a member I have earned vouchers to the amount of £190 and currently have £2.55 in my account with another £5.50 pending.

I receive surveys invites every month, although the frequency changes, sometimes it's one sometimes it's five.
I have been paid between 50p and £3 for surveys but I've taken part in a survey via SMS which lasted a week and got just over £7 and I've done a diary survey which lasted around 5 months and I received £30.   Luckily I've been been invited to this diary survey another two times and although five months does sound a long time you can either fill in the diary every day for a minute or so, or once a week for around ten minutes.  So it's a nice sum of money for very little work.

Do make sure that you fill in all the profiles with your correct information.  This is how they decide who to send the surveys out to, ie demographics, so the more information you provide the more surveys you'll be invited to.  This took me less then twenty minutes to do and I make sure that I update them every so often to reflect any changes to my life, ie new pets, change in work hours, change where you shop, new gadgets etc.

Payout is a minimum of £10 in the form of vouchers and charity donations. You can currently choose vouchers for -
Arcadia Group        Amazon           Boots         HMV
Tesco                     John Lewis      Argos         Marks & Spencer
Marriott vouchers

and charity donations to -
British Red Cross          WWF          World Vision          Amnesty International

amazon.co.ukI always choose Amazon vouchers as there's always something I can buy from there.  In fact it's where I buy more or less everything from.
Now one of the best things about Valued Opinions is how quick they are at sending out vouchers.  The last voucher I ordered was in my inbox within two minutes of ordering it.  If that's not good, I don't know what is.  The longest I've had to wait for an Amazon voucher was two hours, so you'll never have to chase them up for vouchers.  I've also ordered Tesco vouchers and as these are posted out they obviously take a little longer, but I received mine within eight days.

Joining up is very easy, you need to provide the normal details of name, address, DOB, work situation and of course your email address along with a password of your choice.  To do this just type Valued Opinions into your search engine and it will take you to a link for the homepage.  Once there click join and input your details.  You then have to fill in the profiles and the surveys will soon be making their way over you your email account.  They also have a referral service where you invite people to join and you get paid £2 for each person who becomes a member.  Unfornately there isn't a referral link, but if anyone does want to sign up this way all I need is for you to contact me with your name and email address.

Let me know what you think

True Blood

Sookie Stackhouse 8-copy Boxed Set (Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood)
Soon my fave programme will be starting, True Blood.  I guess that most people know of this programme, but for those that don't here's a quick synopsis.  The story is sent in Bon Temps, USA, and is in the present day but the world is different to how we know it.  Living amongst the local residents, and all across America, are vampires.  They have risen and are now staking a claim (pardon the pun!) to become part of society.  As to be expected they are not been with open arms and love.  Sookie is a waitress at the local bar and is seen as a bit odd as she can read people minds.  Because of this she is welcoming of anybody or anything that is different, so is tolerrant of the vampires.  Of course she falls in love with one, Bill, but this is not your normal love story.  There are so many twists and turns to the story and so many supernatural surprises, you really do not know what will be happing next.  Currently shown in the UK on FX channel on Fridays at 10pm.  Watch it

One of my fave times of year is Halloween, I just love all the hocus pocus that comes with it.  I am a great beliver in ghosts, the supernatural, the paranormal and enjoy nothing more then walking around a haunted house or reading a book of ghost stories.

So if anyone would like to share their experience of ghosts or the supernatural then please leave a comment.  Also if you just want to tell us what your favourite horror movie or book is, please feel free to comment.
